Our Journey
Newcastle Group of Schools was founded in 2016 with the establishment of Newcastle Junior School in Harare. From our very first days, we were driven by a simple but powerful belief — that every child deserves access to quality education in a supportive, structured, and inspiring environment.
Since our founding, we have grown steadily to meet the increasing demand for quality education across Harare. We expanded to include Newcastle Senior School at our Rainham campus, and further growth has seen us establish additional campuses at Hatcliffe and Southlea Park, bringing our unique approach to education closer to families across the city. Today, Newcastle Group of Schools is a thriving multi-campus school group serving students from ECD through Form 6, with a proud track record of academic achievement, extracurricular excellence, and community impact.

Newcastle Group of Schools offers both the Cambridge International and Zimsec curricula, giving every student and family the flexibility to choose the educational pathway that best suits their goals and aspirations. Our academic offering covers every stage of a student’s educational journey:
- Early Childhood Development (ECD A and B)
- Grade 1 through Grade 7 (Junior School)
- Form 1 through Form 4 — Ordinary Level (O Level)
- Form 5 and Form 6 — Advanced Level (A Level)
